<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical conductivity meter whose fluid inflow opening makes bubbles difficult to pool therein, by disposing a cap with fins. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrical conductivity meter 1 includes a meter body 10, an outer electrode 20, and an inner electrode 30. The cap 100 with fins 100a-100h is attached to the fluid inflow opening 20a of the outer electrode 20, and a fluid outflow opening of the outer electrode 20 is in the shape of an approximate upside-down triangle when viewing the meter body 10 side as the upside, and its three corners are made rounded.
