<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a failure of the turn-on off a Kotatsu which consumes power unnecessarily and may cause a fire when one of factors of the failure is hindrance to the confirmation of the turn-on/off of an electric heater by a coverlet covering the Kotatsu. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lamp which recognizes the turn-on of the electric heater according to the turn-on/off of an operation switch and lights to notify the turn-on of the electric heater is placed on a table and the like for preventing the failure of the turn-off the Kotatsu.
