<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch having excellent operability with a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This watch 1 includes: an exterior case 10 for storing a movement 20; a winding crown 500 inserted into a winding crown hole 101, and connected to a winding stem 41; a rotation operation part 600 for holding the winding crown 500 movably forward/backward along the axial direction, and rotating in linkage with the winding crown 500; and a coil spring 700 for energizing the winding crown 500 to the watch outward side. The winding crown 500 includes a lock engaging part 532 engaging/disengaging the winding crown with/from the exterior case 10, and the exterior case 10 includes a winding crown engaging part 104 engageable with a lock engaging part 532 of the winding crown 500 in the state where the winding crown 500 is pushed into the watch inward side.
