PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire structural information of a measurement object by stably retaining a desired observation position and focusing the light on the measurement object. SOLUTION: In an insertion section 602 of an OCT probe 600, a sheath of the insertion section 602 comprises a double sheath 602a which is formed from: a tubular OCT sheath section 622 for inserting an optical fiber 623 for OCT measurement which is attached with an optical lens 628 consisting of a hemispherical lens, at its distal end; and a cylindrical tube member 610 for inserting an insertion section 114 of an endoscope 120, integrally formed around the periphery of the insertion section 602 along the longitudinal axis direction of the insertion section 602 from a predetermined position in the proximal side to the distal end of the insertion section 602.
