The shaft frame (102) has a drive shaft connected to a drive motor. The drive shaft is horizontally mounted on the frame or in a lift well using a supporting part i.e. traction unit device. The drive shaft horizontally extends between two diagonally opposed corner regions of the frame. The corner regions are directly or indirectly connected to parts located on longitudinal sides of the frame or wall parts of the lift well. A drive wheel is provided in two end regions and moved up or down by a supporting part of a load lifting unit (200).
