PURPOSE: A display device and an electronic device are provided to suppress the non-uniformity of brightness and a defective image and to reduce a current flowing to an electro-optical device by suppressing a characteristic shift of a transistor. CONSTITUTION: A display device comprises a plurality of sub pixels which forms one pixel that is the formation unit of a color image. A plurality of sub-pixels comprises a first sub pixel and a second sub pixel which emits the shortest wavelength. A second sub pixel is adjacent to the first sub pixel. The second sub pixel includes a shielding unit(303G) which is arranged between the first and second sub pixels and has a wider width than that of the channel of the transistor or the same length as the channel of the transistor. |
