PURPOSE: A polyol based on natural oil is provided to replace a polymer polyol based on petrochemistry, to have a stable low viscosity, to reduce emission quantity of carbon dioxide, and to increase the content of generated flexible polyurethane foams. CONSTITUTION: A polymer polyol comprises: a base polyol; an ethylene-based unsaturated monomer; a pre-formed stabilizer; a free radical polymerization initiator; and free radical polymerization product which is obtained at the presence of a chain transfer agent. The base polyol is selected from a group comprising natural oil containing one or more hydroxyl groups, a hydroxylated derivative, polyol including alkoxlated products and the natural oil, polyol including the hydroxylated derivative and the alkoxylated product, or their mixture. |
