OBJECT MODELING METHOD USING GRADIENT TEMPLATE, AND THE SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: An object modeling method using a gradient template, and a system thereof are provided to robustly detect an object even when a color of an image exists around an object. CONSTITUTION: An edge detection unit(220) detects an edge of a set target object, and a gradient image generator(230) calculates a representative gradient per predetermined area based on each pixel. A normalization unit(240) normalizes variable image of a variable image generation unit, and a blurring unit(250) adds a Gaussian probability distribution to the variable image, and performs Gaussian blurring processing of the variable image.
