PURPOSE: A degradation diagnosis system is provided to measure the degree of degradation of a device or a conductor in real time. CONSTITUTION: A degradation sensor(110) adjusts the light intensity and the rotating angle of the reference light according to the magnetic field generated by the current of the diagnosis target. The transmitting light intensity of a signal light is adjusted according to the temperature of the diagnosis target. A current signal processor(130) changes the quantity and the rotation angle of the reference light into a current detecting signal.
