PURPOSE: A steel-concrete composite sheet pile and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce horizontal displacement by increasing bending strength and structural efficiency when a sheet pile is used as a retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: A steel-concrete composite sheet pile comprises a steel sheet pile, a front end finishing plate(5), an inner surface finishing plate(3), and concrete(6). The steel sheet pile comprises a flange part. The front end finishing plate is attached on the front end of the bottom surface of the steel sheet pile to be inclined. The inner surface finishing plate couples the flange part of the steel sheet pile to the front end finishing plate. The concrete is placed in a space between the inner surface finishing plate and the front end finishing plate. |
