GRAFT POLYMER MANUFACTURING METHOD

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a novel polymer having both the characteristics of hydrophilic sites with excellent biological characteristics and environmental compatibility and the characteristics of a conjugate diene (co)polymer with excellent forming ability and mechanical strength; in particular, a polymer which includes a high percentage of hydrophilic sites without losing the characteristics of a conjugate diene (co)polymer. This graft polymer manufacturing method is characterized in that a water-soluble compound having a polymerizable unsaturated bond is graft polymerized onto a conjugate diene (co)polymer in the presence of a solvent with a degree of swelling of 100-1500 wt% with respect to said conjugate diene (co)polymer.
