CONSTITUTION: A first conductive type a first transparent conductive layer(110) is formed on a substrate(10). A second conductive type a second transparent conductive layer(130) is opposite to the first the first transparent conductive layer. A photoelectric conversion layer(120) is formed between the first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer. A first conductive type first silicon layer is formed on the first transparent conductive layer. A second conductive type second silicon layer is formed on the first silicon layer. A second conductive type second transparent conductive layer is formed on the second silicon.</p>
