PURPOSE: A glove type hand-grip is provided, which is capable of finger pressure and ventilation of the palm at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A glove type hand-grip comprises: an insertion part which has a glove shape and is worn on a user; a resilient rubber line which is installed in the back of the hand of the insertion part and controls the load for drawing; and a finger pressure member which is attached to the bottom inside part of the insertion part. An elasticity control clip equipped in the resilient rubber line is classified into a press form or a hole fixing form.
