METHOD FOR PROVIDING SOFTWARE COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT FOR LOW-SPEED PORTABLE STORAGE AND PORTABLE STORAGE

PURPOSE: A method for providing software computing environment for low-speed portable storage and a portable storage are provided to minimize input/output number of a movable storage device of low speed, thereby supplementing performance of the movable storage device. CONSTITUTION: A FS(File System) file management engine(211) performs tasks about operation and termination of a mobile software computing environment(220). A FS driver(212) performs task about actual input and output according to access of a user in the mobile software computing environment. A FS file(213) has the mobile software computing environment of a converted form. If data is added or deleted about the FS file, the size of whole FS file is changed. The FS file stores information necessary for a mobile platform.
