<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo amplifier with a seven-segment display, which recognizes immediately that a target loop gain has exceeded a gain limit value. <P>SOLUTION: This servo amplifier includes: the seven-segment display having seven-segment display parts of a plurality of digits, each of which includes a light-emitting segment for a decimal point display; a first storage device in which a control program for controlling a servo motor as a control object is stored; a second storage device to hold data of the target loop gain pre-set in order to control the servo motor; and an arithmetic processing unit which executes the control program, outputs a control signal for controlling the servo motor based on the target loop gain, and includes a gain comparison part, which compares a target loop gain value with a predetermined gain limit value to output a data signal flashing a decimal point to flash only the light-emitting segments for a predetermined decimal point display from among the light-emitting segments for the decimal point display when the target loop gain value exceeds the gain limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
