摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing overcurrent even when a conduction angle is suddenly reduced in sequentially switching the conduction patterns of switching elements of a rectifier in a rectification system for a three-phase AC generator using a 180°conduction method and a battery charging unit using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The rectification system 1 for a three-phase AC generator using the 180°conduction method changes a conduction phaseϕaccording to a load current or the like. A controller 13 determines whether switching elements (transistors) constituting a rectifier 12 are turned on in the sequence of T<SB>U</SB>, T<SB>Z</SB>, T<SB>V</SB>, T<SB>X</SB>, T<SB>W</SB>, T<SB>Y</SB>, T<SB>U</SB>, T<SB>Z</SB>, ....
