<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for cold spray which can accomplish the significant decrease of deposits of a raw material powder on the inner wall part of the nozzle for cold spray and the blocking of the nozzle for cold spray, as well as a cold spray device. <P>SOLUTION: This nozzle for cold spray includes a tapered conical compression part and a fan-shaped conical expansion part communicating with the compression part, then makes an inflow of the raw material powder from a nozzle inlet of the compression part using a working gas having equal to or below the melting point of the raw material powder, and thereby, sends the raw material powder spewing out as a supersonic current from a nozzle outlet at the apex of the expansion part. The expansion part has at least, an inner circumferential wall surface formed of a resin material such as fluororesin or polyimide resin, or a composite resin material thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
