<p>A drive assistance apparatus which is capable of assisting safety driving of a vehicle. The drive assistance apparatus (10) is provided with a position detection part (1) for detecting the positional relation between a precedent vehicle (P) existing in front of the vehicle (C) and the vehicle (C), and executes drive assistance control for assisting driving of the vehicle (C) according to the result of the detection. The drive assistance apparatus (10) is provided with an acquisition part (2) which acquires traffic light information on a traffic light (S) on the path of the vehicle (C) and a setting part (4) which sets an execution condition for executing the drive assistance control on the basis of the traffic light information acquired by the acquisition part (2).</p> |
