The system (1) has an electrical drive motor (4) connected with a wiper rod (2) and/or a vehicle body over a connection plate (13). The plate is formed as a carrier of an electrical plug element (16), electrical additional component i.e. pump, and an electrical relay. The plate performs a carrying- and/or protection function overlapping a connection function for the drive motor and/or the plug element, additional component and the relay that are assigned to the drive motor. The plate partially covers the drive motor over a whole length.
