ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DEVICE

PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence device is provided to simplify a light emitting layer by simultaneously doping a phosphorescence red dopant and a phosphorescence green dopant into a single host. CONSTITUTION: A hole injection layer is formed on an anode electrode(114). A hole transport layer is formed on the hole injection layer. A first light emitting layer(120) is formed on the hole transport layer. A first light emitting layer is doped to a blue dopant. An excitation blocking layer(122) is formed on the first light emitting layer. A second light emitting layer(124) is formed on the excitation blocking layer. The second light emitting layer is doped to the red dopant and the green dopant. An electron transport layer is formed on the second light emitting layer. A cathode electrode(130) is formed on the electron transport layer.
