<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by reducing the recombination speed of the back surface of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(102) is formed on the entire surface of a solar cell board(100). A front side electrode(114) contacts with the emitter layer. A passivation layer(106) is applied on the back surface of the solar cell board. Boron which is contained in an etching paste(108) is absorbed into the solar cell board such that a back surface filed is selectively formed. A back side electrode(112) is formed on the passivation layer and the back surface field.</p> |
