PURPOSE: A knowledge structure device for using group intelligence, a method thereof, and a knowledge service providing system for using the same are provided to improve reusability and normalization of the knowledge by automatically producing the knowledge of systematic structure about the group intelligence. CONSTITUTION: A collecting unit(11) collects query, response, and response related property according to each area from the group intelligence information. An information analyzing unit(12) groups the collected information. The information analyzing unit selects a representative query about the grouped query. The information analyzing unit selects the property of meaning relation. A structure unit(13) performs the knowledge structure through the information.
