PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to notice an operator of an operation status and restrain a wrong operation. SOLUTION: The monitoring terminal unit is provided with one or more operation parts of a touch sensor type corresponding to one or more terminal units including a lighting fixture, a processing part for detecting the operation of the operator to the operation part and generating a terminal noticing control signal based on the detected result, and a noticing means for noticing the operator of the operation status of the operator based on the terminal noticing control signal.
