<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent tube inspection jig for a filling valve that obtains the same inspection results without relying on an operator. <P>SOLUTION: The vent tube inspection jig 1 for a filling valve for inspecting a vent tube 2 that has: a tubular portion 3 provided for the filling valve and inserted into a container; and a flange 4 projecting from the tubular portion 3; and an attaching portion 5 for attaching it to the filling valve. The jig vent tube inspection jig 1 is cylindrical. The jig keeps one end provided with a deformation inspecting part 11 for inspecting deformation of the tubular portion 3 by inserting the tubular portion 3 and flange 4 into the inspecting part and determining whether they can fit or not, and the other end a dimension inspecting part 12 for inspecting the dimension in the direction of the axis AX1 of the attaching portion 5 by inserting the attaching portion 5 into this part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
