摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for impregnating the surface of a zirconia all-ceramic material with a composite epoxy resin by light irradiation. <P>SOLUTION: The surface treatment of an inner dental crown body and form lamination filling are successively provided. The surface treatment of the inner dental crown body imeans applying a modifier to the surface of the inner dental crown body and roughening the surface of the inner dental crown body to well impregnate it with the composite epoxy resin by light irradiation. The form lamination filling means applying the composite epoxy resin to each layer by the light irradiation, irradiating it with long-wave light and curing the composite epoxy resin. Thus the production of a dental crown body of impregnating the surface of the zirconia all-ceramic material with the composite epoxy resin and curing the composite epoxy resin by the light irradiation is completed. By the material characteristics of the composite epoxy resin, the depression force of effectively reducing an occlusal pressure made to act on a natural tooth by an implant body is generated, and the service life of denture is effectively prolonged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
