PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCR device to shift sample chambers holding PCR chips to zones of different temperatures without using external pumps. SOLUTION: The PCR device includes: a chip assembly 2; a plurality of sample chambers 1 mounted in the chip assembly and holding samples; a heating means on which the chip assembly is placed so that the chip assembly can rotate; and a rotary wheel to help the chip assembly rotate. When the chip assembly rotates, the sample chambers are shifted from one temperature zone on a heating means to another different temperature zone by a rotary-linear movement system.
