<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid drive unit for reducing a vibration level from a motor case to a hybrid drive unit case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of holes 20 are formed on the outer periphery of an end wall 9a of the motor case 9, and the plurality of holes 20 are arranged at equal intervals on the same circumference. A plurality of flanges 21 projected toward the outside with respect to a radial direction are arranged on the motor case end wall 9a at equal intervals on the same circumference. A blot hole 22 is formed for each flange 21, and the motor case end wall 9a is attached to the unit case by the blot 23 threaded into the blot hole 22 after fitting the motor case 9 on the inner periphery of the unit case. The radial direction rigidity of the motor case end wall 9a is reduced by the hole 20, and the radial direction vibration of the motor case end wall 9a is reduced with respect to a stator radial direction vibration.
