PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter which can suppress variation in the output voltage when the number of actually outputting conversion units is switched. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter includes a conversion means which is connected in parallel with a plurality of units 1-n each having an inductive element and a switching element which drives the inductive element, and outputs a DC voltage through voltage conversion by switching the switching elements, and a control unit 16 which regulates the output of the unit by controlling the number of units which output power out of the plurality of units, and the duty ratio of a switching signal which switches the switching elements of the units in the current discontinuous mode depending on the magnitude of a load, and changes variation in the duty ratio for variation in the load depending on the magnitude of the duty ratio.
