PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shade device with a simple structure by reducing the number of parts in a roll-shade type device of a vehicle positioning a shade at an optional position. SOLUTION: This shade device 1 of a vehicle has a shade 3 opening/closing an inner opening of a roof, and a retractor 4 taking up the shade 3 in a rolled form. The device comprises: screw shafts 6 extending along the opening/closing direction of the shade 3; a slider 7 provided on the side part of an end side of the shade 3, screwed with the screw shafts 6 and rotating the screw shafts 6 by a feeding screwing action; and a worm wheel 8 meshed with the screw shafts 6 and converting the rotation of the screw shafts 6 into the rotation of the retractor 4.
