<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator and piezoelectric device with the bending characteristics improved and undulation suppressed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator 10 has a piezoelectric vibrating piece 24 mounted on a rectangular substrate 14 which has flexibility and includes a plurality of terminals, on a lower surface of the substrate 14, provided while being disposed into a stripe shape in the length direction of the substrate 14. The plurality of terminals include a first terminal 28 and a second terminal 30 provided at both end sides in the length direction of the substrate 14, respectively, and a third terminal 32, provided in between the first terminal 28 and the second terminal 30 for suppressing undulations that are produced, when the substrate 14 is formed.
