PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively stir a liquid-like object, even in a liquid-like object flow channel in a head. SOLUTION: This device includes the liquid droplet delivery head 72 for delivering a liquid droplet of the liquid-like object from a nozzle opening 95 by driving a piezoelectric element 120. The device includes an opening and closing device 117 for opening and closing the nozzle opening, and a drive controller for driving the piezoelectric element under the condition where the nozzle opening is closed by the opening and closing device.
