<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development, the toner having little dependence of the fixing performance on a fixing speed, free from toner blocking and excellent in heat-resistant storage property, and to provide a developer for electrostatic charge image development containing the toner for electrostatic charge image development, and a toner cartridge, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus, using the developer for electrostatic charge image development. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner contains a binder resin containing a crystalline polyester resin and an amorphous polyester resin, a colorant, and a release agent. After leaving a toner dispersion liquid, which is prepared by dispersing 0.5 g of the toner in 2 g of deionized water, to stand for 24 hours at 20°C, the supernatant of the liquid has a total concentration of ketone-based solvents and alcohol-based solvents of less than 10 ppm. After leaving a toner dispersion liquid, which is prepared by dispersing 0.5 g of the toner in 2 g of N,N-dimethylformaldehyde, to stand for 24 hours at 20°C, the supernatant of the liquid has a total concentration of ketone-based solvents and alcohol-based solvents of 2 ppm to 50 ppm.
