PURPOSE: A dryer, an apparatus for separating foreign material, and a foreign material removing method are provided to cleanly separate foreign material from a filter by separating once on a soft filter without being adhered. CONSTITUTION: A dryer comprises: a coolant flow path; a circulation flow path; a heat exchanger; a case which is formed in the circulation flow path and filters lint in the circulation flow path; a pair of rollers(23,24) which is accepted into the case; a soft filter(28) which is able to be bent with being folded by at least one part of a pair of rollers and wherein the air in the circulation flow path passes through at least one part of the soft filter; and a separating unit(25) which eliminates the lint stuck on the soft filter.
