THIN FILM TRANSISTOR ARRAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to increase manufacture yield while reducing manufacture costs. CONSTITUTION: A passivation film(180) on which the first photosensitive pattern is exposed through a mask is etched. The front side of the first photosensitive pattern is etched to form a second photosensitive pattern which removes a first part. A dummy photosensitive layer, with a thickness thinner than the thickness of the photosensitive layer of the second photosensitive pattern, is formed. A conductor film for a pixel electrode exposed by the dummy photosensitive layer is etched. A pixel electrode(191) is formed by eliminating the second photosensitive pattern.
