PURPOSE: A fluidized-bed reactor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a carbon nanotube synthesized thereby are provided to improve the productivity of the reactor by spraying high-pressure gas to the synthesized carbon nanotube before collecting the carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed reactor for synthesizing a carbon nanotube comprises the following: a reactor main body(10) for synthesizing the carbon nanotube; a source gas inlet(60) to insert source gas inside the reactor; a distributor(50) decentralizing the source gas; a collecting unit(70) collecting the synthesized carbon nanotube using the pressure difference with the reactor; a high-pressure gas inlet(40) generating the pressure difference and breaking the particles of the carbon nanotube; and a catalyst inlet(30) to insert a catalyst inside the reactor.
