PURPOSE: An instant trip device of a miniature breaker is provided to implement a high breaking operation by inserting a trip bar magnetic piece to a bent piece of the trip bar. CONSTITUTION: A movable contact point connects an input side terminal and a load side terminal. An opening and closing device(30) secludes or connects the movable contact point. A trip bar(60) trips the opening and closing device. A bimetal(40) is curved by a heat for withdrawing the trip bar. A magnetic material(50) is arranged to a direction of the trip bar in order to be contiguous to a single-side of the bimetal. A trip bar magnetic piece(62) is inserted to a bent piece of the trip bar. The trip bar magnetic piece directly withdraws the trip bar in order to seclude the movable contact point.
