摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a vehicular power transmission device improving efficiency of an electric motor, in the vehicular power transmission device including an electric differential part electrically controlled with a differential state and a shifting part constituting a part of a power transmission path. <P>SOLUTION: An optimum electric motor changeover means 88 performs a changeover to one of regeneration by a first electric motor M1 (and a third electric motor M3) and regeneration by a second electric motor M2 based on a speed change ratio of the automatic shifting part 20. Thereby, though regenerative efficiency &eta; (the electric motor efficiency) varies according to the speed change ratio of the automatic shifting part 20 in the regeneration by the first electric motor M1 and the regeneration by the second electric motor M2, the electric motor efficiency is improved by appropriately performing the changeover to the electric motor M wherein the regenerative efficiency &eta; becomes high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
