<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately rotate first/second motors at target speeds, having mutually-equal absolute values and corresponding to a power supply voltage, even when the power supply voltage and loads to the first/second motors respectively vary. <P>SOLUTION: In an actuator with two degrees of freedom 10, a drive control circuit 48 feedback-controls a drive voltage V<SB>DV1</SB>on the basis of an encoder signal E<SB>PV1</SB>generated by an encoder 22 and a target speed N<SB>SV1</SB>while feedback-controlling a drive voltage V<SB>DV2</SB>on the basis of an encoder signal E<SB>PV2</SB>generated by an encoder 24 and a target speed N<SB>SV2</SB>. By this, even when a power supply voltage V<SB>CC</SB>and loads to DC motors 12, 14 respectively vary, it is possible to highly accurately rotate the DC motors 12, 14 respectively at the target speeds N<SB>SV1</SB>, N<SB>SV2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
