<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more compact terminal resistor while ensuring favorable high-frequency characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal resistor 1 includes, on a substrate 10: an input electrode 20 extending in an X-axis direction; a pair of ground electrodes 30A, 30B disposed opposite to the input electrode 20 interposed in a Y-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction; and a pair of resistance film parts 40A, 40B connecting the electrodes with one another. The resistance film parts 40A, 40B have forms in which sizes in the X-axis direction are increased as the parts direct from the input electrode 20 toward the ground electrodes 30A, 30B. The input electrode 20, the ground electrodes 30A, 30B and the resistance film parts 40A, 40B are formed such that their edges extending in the Y-axis direction are situated on the same straight line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
