<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining apparatus in which a table with a workpiece placed thereon is successively transferred to a positioning station and a machining station, the machining apparatus dispensing with a long returning line and having a simplified device and control for moving each table. <P>SOLUTION: The machining apparatus includes: a plurality of stations that at least contains the positioning stations 2, 8 arrange at an equal pitch along a circumference and the plurality of machining stations 4, 10 for machining workpieces; a rotary base 18 arranged above each station; and a plurality of tables 20 that are arranged at the equal pitch as the preceding pitch on the rotary base and that rotate with the rotary base. The machining apparatus is configured such that a process for fixing a workpiece at a prescribed position on the table in the positioning station is performed in parallel with a process for machining the workpiece in each machining station and that, upon completion of each process, the rotary base is rotated by the pitch portion so that the process is carried out in the next station respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
