PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossing optical wave-guide having an optical path branching structure capable of enhancing the optical wiring density and flexibility. SOLUTION: This crossing optical wave-guide has a first core extending in the predetermined direction, a second core extending in another direction, and a crossing area where the first and second cores cross each other.
