<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance composition for solid electrolyte sheet having both superior safety and processability concurrently and having uniform and fine configurations, to provide a solid electrolyte sheet obtained from this composition, and to provide a solid secondary battery obtained from this sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The composition for solid electrolyte sheet is made by dispersing a solid electrolyte and a binder in a dispersion medium containing a fluorine-based solvent. The solid electrolyte sheet is obtained by coating and heat-treating the composition for solid electrolyte sheet on a sheet substrate. The solid secondary battery has a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a solid electrolyte layer pinched between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and the solid electrolyte layer is manufactured with this solid electrolyte sheet.
