PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for attaching and detaching a member, which evades the reduction of the component mounting area of a component mounting member by the provision of an ejecting mechanism and facilitates the attachment and detachment of the component mounting member to/from the casing of an apparatus. SOLUTION: The implement for attaching and detaching the member includes a fulcrum part functioning as a fulcrum of lever force, an effort point part functioning as the effort point of the lever force, and an application point part functioning as the application point of the lever force. When a prescribed member is attached and detached to/from the casing of a prescribed apparatus, when the fulcrum part is fixed to the prescribed part of the casing and a force is applied to the effort point part, the application point part applies the force to the member to move it in a prescribed direction.
