PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing plate which permits a slope to be stabilized while reducing the number of members, a slope stabilizing structure, and a slope stabilizing method. SOLUTION: The bearing plate 2 has a lead-out through-hole 4a to guide the part of a main restiform body 12 which extends to the slope from he inside of the roadbed of the slope to the surface side of the bearing plate 2, a supporting section 6 to support the main restiform body 12 led out from the inside of the lead-out through-hole 4a in a position away from the slope, and a binding section 4c provided in a position outwardly away from the lead-out through-hole 4a from a position where the main restiform body 12 is supported by the supporting portion 6 and binding the main restiform body 12 in a position nearer to the slope than a position where it is supported by the supporting section 6.
