<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the controlling and driving of a vehicle not only from the location of the original driver's seat, but also from any position in the interior of the vehicle, by providing for the control of the vehicle through a vehicle drive device through the use of a vehicle driving apparatus detachably mounted on the vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control by the use of the vehicle driving apparatus detachably mounted on the vehicle through the vehicle drive device, under this invention, in relation to a vehicle controlling unit and its operation method, makes it possible not only for a person seated on the initial driving seat but also for a person at any location within the vehicle to perform the control and driving of the vehicle. This control allows the position of the driver's seat to be altered at free options if required in a case road environment or driving environment is subjected to change, thereby bringing the effect of reducing the possibility of inducing danger of traffic accidents due to the change in environment, while, in addition, if the owner of the vehicle detaches the vehicle driving apparatus from the vehicle for it to be separately stored, as the vehicle driving apparatus can be removed from the vehicle, it provides the advantage of protecting the vehicle against theft before it happens.
