<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an input load to a cross member when the load is input from an outer side in a vehicle body width direction to a rocker. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a vehicle body side part 10, when the load F is input from the outer side in the vehicle body width direction to the rocker 100 by a vehicle body side collision or the like, the load is transmitted from a rocker outer panel 120 to a rocker reinforcement 300, and the load is transmitted from a swelled part 320 of the rocker reinforcement 300 to a rocker inner panel. Then, a section (Z part) where a rib is not formed between ribs 323, 328 and a rib 326 of the rocker reinforcement 300 becomes fragile. Making the section as a deformation origin point, the swelled part 320 of the rocker reinforcement 300 is crushed/deformed in a vehicle body width direction. Accordingly, the load input to a floor cross member 50 joined to the rocker inner panel 110 is suppressed.
