<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerodynamic controller which generates a Magnus effect with a rotating spoiler so as to stabilize a vehicle in traveling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A columnar rotor 12 is supported rotatably about an axis 12C as shown by an arrow 20. A plurality of rotors 12 are arranged in a vehicle 10, and while the vehicle is travelling, the traveling wind 22 blows to the rotors 12 backward in front of the vehicle. While the rotor 12 is rotating as shown in the arrow 20, the traveling wind 22 is divided above and below on the surface of the rotor 12, and passes through the above and below like a traveling wind 22A in the upper part of the vehicle and a traveling wind 22B in the lower part of the vehicle. Since the rotation (the arrow 20) of the rotor 12 is the opposite direction of that of the wind, the flow speed of the traveling wind 22A is decreased. The flow speed of the traveling wind 22B is increased since the surface of the rotor 12 rotates and moves in the same direction as the wind direction. A down force 24 is generated to each rotor 12 since the air pressure becomes high on the vehicular upper side of the rotor 12, and low on the vehicular lower side, so that the force pushes down the entire vehicle 10.
