Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a film antenna, including the following steps: a step of sticking the tacky adhesive surface of a tacky adhesive sheet onto the metal thin-film surface of a plastic film having a metal thin-film attached thereto; a step of forming an antenna circuit section by completely severing the plastic film having a metal thin-film attached thereto, across the thickness direction from the tacky adhesive surface, and half-severing the tacky adhesive sheet in the thickness direction thereof; a step of peeling off the peripheral portion of the antenna circuit section of the plastic film having a metal thin-film attached thereto; a step of laminating a first flexible plastic film on the side of the plastic film having a metal thin-film attached thereto; a step of peeling off the tacky adhesive sheet; and a step of laminating a second flexible plastic sheet on the surface of the metal thin-film.
