A filter element (26) is arranged in a filter housing, and the heater has a heating circuit (78), which partially surrounds the filter element. The heating circuit is arranged on a supporting film (76) that inflows through the fluid. The supporting film is connected with a dimensionally stable frame (74). The heating circuit is a carbon nanotube.
