The pump has a pump housing (1) comprising an inlet and an outlet for fluid on respective sides, and a flexible membrane (10) arranged in an inner side of the housing. An actuator device (11) is provided for periodic oscillation production at a coupling section (10') of the membrane in such a manner that the fluid flows through a flow channel (7) in the direction of the outlet. The flow channel is limited by a rigid wall of the housing, where the wall runs parallel to a main flow direction of the fluid and has two wall parts (2, 3) that are arranged at a distance to each other.
